Spaces in document 99--100

Can somebody help me out here Please,How do I solve the space between the double numbers & the 100 and the text in a word document.
as per image.
Windows 7 and office 2010.

Check to see whether you have a tab setting that is spacing these items. You can also try changing your paragraph indent on the scale at the top to see if that helps.

To re-phrase Ranger4:

The cause is the first tab space that separates the ordered list (numbers and period) from the list entry (your typed text of the numbered list entry). Once you reached 100 (plus the period) the first character of the text line would begin over the last zero in 100 so the text begins one additional tab space to the right.

The solution is simple: increase the spacing of the first tab in the list then all of your items will magically line up!

If you aren't sure how to do this, let me know in this thread and I'll take some screen shots.

Then post a screenshot of the same problem area of your document.
