Are there any steam games or games in general that will play on a dual or triple monitor setup?

I have never used monitors like that but I imagine most of the newer titles will be able too. I know grid and the dirt series do.

If it is FPS games the last thing you want it to try and get it to span across 2 monitors, not much good when the crosshair ends up split on both monitors.

As far as using 3 monitors, unless you have a HD 5xxx series card or 2 Nvidia 4xx series in SLI (don't think they have added support for it to the GTS/GTX 2xx series cards yet), you will need something like the Matrox TripleHead2Go to be able to use 3 monitors.

For a lot of the newer games they are starting to support 3 monitors or have support through the video card drivers. A good place to start with seeing what works and what doesn't is here,

CounterStrike and L4D 1&2 both do triple.

supreme commander lets you play the rts on one screen, with tactical overview on the other.

i don't know about sc2 though.

flight sims often have this dual monitor feature.

left4dead 1 and 2 and dead rising and a few other titles are triple screen dual screen but realisticly three screens is a eyesore im old fashion i'l just take a large screen lcd and not worry about spanning across three 22 inch screens in the long run it will cost as much as buying a 55 or a 60 in

I have easily run L4D2 across 3 x 24" monitors using an ATI Asus 5850 vid card.
Talk about sensory overload!!
It was a temporary setup (I "borrowed" the 3rd monitor) just so see how to do it.
but it worked.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 plays extremely well on a 3 monitor setup.
