Stick Note Crash

After shutting down Windows 7 with Sticky Notes open, Sticky Notes will not open again with this:

Error: Not Able to launch Sticky Notes. Issue with accessing file.(Quit)

Is there a way to re-install or restart Sticky Notes?

Welcome. You can try running a sfc /scannow.

Start.

Run

sfc /scannow
