I think RTSevenLite is pretty much dead these days as it hasn't been updated in years. NTlite works well though
https://www.ntlite.com
And Win Toolkit Win Toolkit - Win Toolkit - WinCert.net Forums

Both get the job done and are fairly easy to use.

I use Win Toolkit. If you run it every month it only takes 30min to update as it is cumulative and you have at most one month update with a new Windows install.:D

One thing to watch out for is that the ISO size can be more than 4GB when all the updates are slipstreamed. Win Toolkit complains about that so I use ImgBurn to create the ISO.

want to stop Windows 10 from downloading period..

Been using GRC utilities for years and are excellent but, this little beauty may be invaluable above the rest to stay on Windows 7.

https://www.grc.com/never10.htm

The new extra DigiCert SHA256 certificate is yet another layer to prevent Windows 10 downloading or from appearing over your 7, 8 or 8.1 OS [Edit] Even though I have been dilligent with the GWX10 and telemetry updates for the last year or so, this utility found that my system was open to the Windows 10 upgrade...not any longer..for now anyway.
