Solved Sticky Notes

Really simple -> Where is the sticky notes stored at? If I add a note, where does Windows 7 put it?

I typed a few sticky notes, and then moved the file like you said and then deleted them off the desktop and now I can't get them back. I'm using good sync and I want to sync the two together in case I need a back up.

I do know this. when you close sticky notes they come back up when you open it again. so don't click the X to get rid of them. I think they're deleted once you do that. they don't go to the recycle bin either.

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes

Or

UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\StickyNotes.

You will need to able to view Hidden Files
Inside this should be StickyNote.snt (where all the notes are stored).

Thank you both for helping me. I did find it and now I'm hoping my sync programs does it job now.
