How can I stop Windows from asking whether I want to scan and fix an external drive, whenever I turn on that external drive. It gives me the choice to scan and fix or continue without scanning.
The annoyance is that when I turn on the external drive, I may be doing something else and the notification will pop up or rather pop under all the other programs and windows I may have open and won't see the notification until I click on the taskbar and Windows Explorer is waiting for some response.
I know what is in the external drive and all is safe there.
Thank you.
Roxy
