l have been continuing to keep my issue under investigation, and l have definitely have found the process which seems to be the main one that causes my CPU spikes while idle, and with process explorer l managed to get a minidump of that specific process (which l hope helps), tho lm pretty sure the service in question deals with with networking and it happens to be the larger of the svchost services (tho l did notice that before the issue the said svchost file was around 70meg, after noticing it had grown to around 150meg and lm unsure if it has done it since)
