I believe Mac OS X can read NTFS volumes so there should be no problem with that.But the OS is not identical. OSX is optimised for some config. Windows must run hundreds of config.Moving the files is the easy part. Getting over the fact you've grossly overpaid for identical hardware that has been proven to run Windows 7 faster than OSX....that's the difficult part.
For initial question I think the problem is can we transfer a song file with USB key format in ntfs or exfat ?
