System Lagging

Hello room, I am having this annoying problem.... Iam typing 5 to 9 words at a time but they are taking 15 seconds to show up on the screen. I have reboot=ed several times to no avail. please help me. I can not even do facebook without this happening. Same problem when i am using my email, etc.

Have you tried to clear the junk files in your system? If no, try deleting the files by following the steps.

1. Open RUN
2. Type: temp (Delete all files in the folder)
3. Type: %temp% (Delete all files in the folder)
4. Type: Prefetch (Delete all files in the folder)

Also check your startup applications. Open msconfig and uncheck the unused apps at startup. Might help.
