Is there a way to keep a log of my system's resources to see which part of your system is in need of upgrading? That is, over the course of say 3 hours, I'd like to keep track and have logged, my CPU usage, my Memory usage, Network and disk usage. Just like staring at the Resource Monitor for 3 hours and watching the graphs and percentages change.

OK there's a lot of TMI there, I wouldn't know where to begin. Basically there's a lot to choose from in memory. Is there a guide on how to use the Performance Monitor?
