System Resources are consuming more RAM....

Hi SF,my system resources are using too much RAM and CPU,and i cant run even low programs.Please find my attachments.

Hi,
Everything looks reasonable except AVG I suppose the antimalware service is pretty high
No telling how many others are related to AVG though :/

Which I believe AVG to be a bloated antivirus and not really windows friendly either
I would prefer Panda/ Avast = if you can get from anywhere but C-Net.

There is no avg in my system.Its msmpeng.exe microsoft antimalware that is consuming more memory.Please advice how can i remove that?
Also svc host is consuming more.How can i make it less?
I had already disabled all startup programs!!!

It would be nice if task manager was sorted with CPU and RAM in those screenshots. Also, is show processes from all users checked (down at the bottom)?

I'd check your uninstall a program list for AVG or Tune up utilities and remove it.

But i would like to know why system resources (mic antimalware,svc host) are consuming too much memory??
