Solved Takes over a minute to open programs

After booting up my computer has been horrendously slow. Some apps like Google chrome and the Battlenet launcher won't even open. My computer is so slow that even a photos screensaver crashes and requires the task manager. I tried shutting down but, it wouldn't respond so I was forced to hold down the power button.

Try a Clean Boot, see how it runs. If better, follow the directions in this article:

Clean boot didn't work.

Maybe malware then? I suggest doing a full scan with your anti-virus software then download, install and run Malwarebytes Anti Malware Free version. See if they find anything.

I see your running this on a Mac under Bootcamp. How much free space is there on the windows drive?
