Solved taskbar color Changed to Light Blue

for some reason my task bar changed to a light blue and its hard to see some of the icons on it how do I changes the color?

This probably happened because you are running a program which doesn't support Aero, so Windows changes the theme to "Windows Basic". Also you may be using programs which supports Aero, but disable it to speed themselves. Most screen sharing programs do that.

If you don't have any programs running or you don't see any user programs running, restarting the PC will probably help.
Alternatively, you can switch to other theme by right click on your Desktop > Personalize > and choose your default/used theme.

Sometimes when Windows starts from a shut down a glitch occurs & the Aero theme doesn't get loaded properly. I have found that when this very infrequent thing happens a reboot always fixes it.
