taskbar wont stay UNhidden

sorry if this is misplaced, but i figured the taskbar would be part of customization.

i see millions of people posting about their taskbar always showing, but my problem is the opposite. and i can find NOTHING on the internet about getting my task bar to stay UP and SHOWING.

i un-check the 'auto-hide taskbar' button, but sooner or later it randomly hides, and i need to un-check it again. ive noticed it happens sometimes when i unplug or plug in my laptop, but other than that, its up sometimes when i start it up, or hidden, seems to be random.

And do you have any modification ("tweaking") programs that might have done that?

im the only one who uses my computer, and im sure its not a program, as its been doing this from the time i got it. it was brand new, and i deleted all the random crap (trials and stuff) when i got it
