As I have always done, right after installator I've set c:\temp as temo and tmp folder.
However, after a few days it has grown into a lot of (obviously) missable files and subfolders...
Only a few (currently open) remain after pushing delete.
Why aren't all these files automatically deleted after reboot? :(

Because some are still in use. You are always going to have some still in use. You can do as Rich suggested but it will not delete all of them. Upon reboot, the ones that couldn't be deleted prior to reboot can now be deleted but after reboot there will be new ones that have taken the place of those that could be deleted. That's if I understand your question properly.

Thanks for the input!
Well I'm amazed the junk in the temp folder grows so fast and huge!
Would it be different if I reset in System c:\temp to the default folders?
Is there some auto remove before or after setting that deletes it?
Is it the same for you when you look in the default temp folders?

@richc46
Can't find the cleanup option. You mean: r click on any desktop icon? Left double click starts a program, left single does nothing...
Your avatar, is that a mountain dog? We've been a month in the USA in May (Arizona, NM, Utah, Colorado, Nevada) and we enjoyed these funny and interesting creatures tremendously! Had the vacation of our life, back in NL everything felt eerily cramped and small...
Sorry for rambling o/t...
