The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible

I am using Windows 7 64 bit on an I3 .
I also am getting the code 0x0000225.
It says to fix the problem; 1. Insert Windows installation disk and restart the computer; 2. choose language setting and then click next; 3 click repair your comuter. It also gives the following info: "The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible".

I Hve PreInstalled os With Recovery Partition...

Need more info on your issue. Are you using a laptop or desktop? What computer brand are you using? ... etc.....

How are you able to post an unnecessary screenshot if Win7 is not bootable?

Please post screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image.

If Win7 won't boot then work through Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

If all steps fail then when you run HP System Recovery look for the Minimal Recovery option to avoid reinstalling all of the bloatware which is the worst in the industry and throttles the OS with duplicate utilities which interfere with better versions in the OS.

Otherwise I'd do a Clean Reinstall Windows 7 to get the best install possible, then preserve it with an image.
