Hi all, I am trying to add some missing tabs to advanced system properties like System Protection and Remote Desktop.

But, when I attempt to use: dism /online /add-package /packagepath, it returns me the error described at title thread.

Also, Firewall is missing from Control Panel.

I hope someone can help me regarding these issues.

Thanks.

DISM wasn't really set up for W7, hence the errors. if you have an installation disc i would perform a repair install.
if not i would run sfc /scanow, at least twice and KB947821 SURT (dism equivalent for W7)

Thanks for your answer. When I attempt to add KB947821, it returns Error: 3017 The requested operation failed. A system reboot is required to roll back changes made.
Any idea how to fix it?

looks like a system repair is going to be your best bet -- shoot over to heidoc and get a copy of a W7 Pro X64 installation disc

I would like to fix BITS error 126: The specified module could not be found.

I used regsvr32.exe qmgr.dll to register it.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
