Ok thanks I did as requested and the file is attached. Hopefully I can get this sorted easily.

There's only one DMP file there - and that one is fairly old.
There are however quite a few failures to shut down properly.
Let's have a look at the event logs...

Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
Save the file as Appevt.evtx
Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

ok I didnt see save in file but there was save all under action should be same saved it and uploaded it. I think the BSOD might not be showing because I usually pull out the battery and power once it happens also i think it was the last time it happened it opened bios after like 2 seconds of the BSOD.

You have the usual mass of errors induced by iTunes - I would suggest that if you don't actually use it, that you uninstall it.
The NVStream service (part of the NVidia drivers) is also causing problems, - again, if you don't need it, please uninstall it.

You appear to have throttled back your processor in BIOS? Is there any good reason for this?

Ok so i uninstalled itunes and some extra stuff from nvidia including that nvstream which is built into nvidia experience thing.
Also the back throttleing i really dont know about maybe i did it by accident when changing the boot from bios? do you know how to put it back to normal do i go on bios and what number should i change it to? also anything on the updates fix, it checks for update says windows update needs and update i click download loads for a little than gives me the same error I originally had.

You should have an option to reset the BIOS to defaults - use that.

ok so I reset BIOS settings to default and tried checking for updates it says that I need to install and update for windows update like before I let it run for a min then it just went back to the check for update without giving an error then I tried again it gave me the same thing then I clicked update windows update then it gave me the same error as I got before when I posted the thread. and i did it again and did the same. here are the event logs I pulled after the update attempts.
Also I wanted to add most of the time I got BSOD I would shut off my laptop by pulling the battery right away.
but I havent really got the BSOD recently but again I haven't really been using my laptop that much.

OK so after trying a million things to fix this issue including uninstalling gpedt.msc that I had installed and remebering that i probably installed it to change my login background which I removed and set the registry number back to 0 from 1 for OEMbackground. still nothing. I tried to do this(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058) but some didnt registrations didnt owrk weather it said not found or loaded but the entry-point dllregisterserver was not found. listed here:

Yeah I think I did it to change the login background I didn't know it was doing that . also hopefully the Asus recovery doesn't take over like last time and could go into system repair .

I've uploaded a file - sk8ab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\sk8ab
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\sk8ab
or
DIR E:\sk8ab

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

XCOPY <drive>:\sk8ab <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

(e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply

Thank you! but last time I tried to boot into repair environment it automatically booted the Asus recovery anyway to bypass it?. I also tried using a repair cd made on the computer before and same happened.
