The only way I can access BIOS with my USB keyboard is if I physically unplug and replug the power cord and then start the computer with the power button. Only by doing this procedure will the keyboard be detected during POST, if I simply start it without having disconnected (and reconnected) the power cord, then the keyboard will only be detected when the OS starts...
In BIOS/PERIPHERALS menu I have legacy USB devices enabled. In BIOS/BIOS menu I have Fastboot disabled, which greys-out the options for USB ports (disabled, partially enabled, enabled). If I enable Fastboot, then I can enable USB ports which is described as follows: this option enables all USB ports during OS and POST.
Either way I play, I will have to unplug-replug the power cord for the keyboard to show up in POST.
Any advice/suggestion is appreciated
