Do you still require assistance with this?

When did Windows notify you about this, have you changed something on your System or installed any new software?

This can be the sign of a infection.

If you cannot start the WSCS, then we will start it from Application Services.

Find the Security Center service.

Change the start up type to Automatic and the stop button to Start.
