You know how you can select multiple wallpapers and have it switch or even shuffle through them? I wonder if they will make an option to either switch between themes or assign window colors to go with certain backgrounds, that would be nice. I think I'll talk to Microsoft about this

Not to mention they had a feature that let you use images off a RSS feed. Keyword: Had.

It already chooses colors for the mouse over effects on the taskbar, don't see why it couldn't change the colors of Explorer.
