Third HDD Seagate 1T 7200, disappears time to time.

Just installed this new hdd, which comes as a third inside the pc and have an external 1T WD. The Seagate disappears some time to time, mostly when waking up from idle. I used Seagate tools to diagnostic it and passed with no problem. when working I put some folders in it with no problem. Other internals hdd are SSD. This hdd appears in device manager as well as in disk management. And I have no conflict no where.
Does any one have an idea about this, I really would appreciate any input.

Do you have your hard drive sleep time set to never in the power options ?

Wouldn't all drives be affected by a power option same time? I guess Win7 can't set different power options per drive?

Is it connected to the same controller on mainboard as your SSDs?
Does it appear in Device Manager/Disk Management when it disappears?

Hi, well yes the pc power setting is on never. I also tried to plug it to different sata as I have 6 in the computer. No success. It does not appear anymore on either device manager or disk management when it disappears. Thank you for helping.

Can you find the missing disk if you manually Scan for hardware changes in Device Managament?

Not sure if this would be relevant but how is your Sata ports set to work in BIOS? (IDE/AHCI/RAID)

Could be a bad drive, even though it`s brand new, think about returning it for another.
