This computer is not running Genuine Windows

Gotcha!
Please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt and post the results.

Code:
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\hivelist /V "\REGISTRY\USER\S-1-5-20" /D "Device\HarddiskVolume4\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\NTUSER.DAT"
REG QUERY HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\hivelist

Reboot, and then run another MGADiag report.

I had a feeling I'd seen this problem before... - and it was me that fixed it!

....
this is going to get a little complicated.

The problem appears to be corruption of the NetworkService NTUSER.DAT file rendering it impossible to load.
so we need to rename the file, then place a default one in its place
the problem is that it's difficult for me to test the procedure, so we'll have to wing it :(

Please run the following commands one at a time in an Elevated Command prompt- but use copy/paste to make sure that there are no typos!
If you get an error message STOP and post back with details
If you are asked to confirm something, say yes, or OK

Code:
ICACLS C:\Windows\serviceprofiles\NetworkService\NTUSER.DAT
ATTRIB -s -h -i C:\Windows\serviceprofiles\NetworkService\NTUSER.DAT
ATTRIB -s -h -i C:\Users\Default\NTUSER.DAT

REN C:\Windows\serviceprofiles\NetworkService\NTUSER.DAT NTUSER.OLD
COPY C:\Users\Default\NTUSER.DAT C:\Windows\serviceprofiles\NetworkService\NTUSER.DAT

When I clicked "www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate", it brought me to the page that says:

"Files that Windows needs to work properly have been modified, removed, or disabled. To resolve, you need to install genuine Windows. Not to worry, we can help you with that."

and then below that is a list of options of buying Windows Ultimate, Professional, and Home premium.

I'll try "www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag" now.

Result

When I ran a check from www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag,
everything was marked as "passed": Active scripting allowed, Display images enabled, Computer time and date corret, Cookies enabled, ActiveX enabled.

and here's a new MGADiag.
