Time Resets to GMT On Restart

I have an issue with Windows 7.

Whatever time I set Windows 7 to (i.e. Eastern Time, Western Time, Coordinated Universal Time, etc.), on restart it sets itself to GMT, while still showing that I've selected the previous time zone I set (i.e. Eastern Time).

Any help would be appreciated.

Open Control Panel, hit on the Region & Language applet... go to the location tab... choose a location that corresponds with the timezone you've been trying to input, by the sounds of it using the Windows clock/Date applet on the far right of the taskbar... and this should sort matters out...

Also, go to Internet Time, Change settings.
Make sure that the Synchronize box is checked and press Update now.

Already Tried

Already tried those two, and even disabling the Internet Time Synchronization service through command prompt (don't worry, this was an installation from 3+ months ago - I reinstalled a couple of days ago and was greeted with the issue again). Nothing has worked for me so far.

The only thing that changed from the time that it showed the correct time (~10 months ago) and now is that now it is a Hackintosh. Maybe this has something to do with the Mac OS X using UTC and Windows using localtime? Either way, my BIOS reads the correct time.

My BIOS is not limited as I have a custom-built PC, so any BIOS kung-fu is possible.
