As usual, its Sunday night and I m still in office. Still more 2 hrs to go. Its now 12:40 AM, I will leave by 2AM. The worst part is that I cannot login to SF at office. Since we use proxy to access third party websites, we can only access the sites but cant login to post.
So using my cellphone to type this post.

Call center life is sometimes very intersting. Everything is so timely. I m now on a 15 mins tea break. LOL.
