Torch issue

I use Torch (which is a very good browser) and I started having an issue. Every time I try to sign in to Offline Gmail Notifier ( or something like that) and it says that my sign in is outdated. So I sign back in and it does it again. Can someone please tell me what is wrong and an alterative browser that is like torch (I know that it is based off chrome and I already have that installed). Its probably related to cookies I've just downloaded & installed Torch & it automatically imported bookmarks from IE so i checked the cookies
Go to Settings / Privacy / Content Settings /
Is Allow local data to be set (recommended) selected ? if not you'll have to click on manage exceptions & add one for gmail.

I can recommend Opera its also based on chromium , I use the Gmail on Speed dial extension which works well.
