Toshiba C660-2E1 Windows 7 Corrupt, How do i reinstall?

When I cannot boot up at all? My laptop froze the other night then since then will not boot up at all. It goes to the toshiba start up screen, then a black screen for a while with a white enlarged mouse cursor. after that it goes to a windows 7 screen but nothing loads up etc. Toshiba said my windows 7 is corrupted. They said I should have set up some disks when I first set up the laptop but I cannot recall anything like that ever popping up. They said I can buy the disk off them for £30 think its called a toshiba media disc? Or they said I could buy windows 7 from a shop for like £70. Thing is windows 7 was preloaded on already but there is a serial key for windows 7 home premium underneath the laptop. Am I able to enter that serial key somewhere and download windows on to a blank disk? My nana gave me a windows 7 64 bit system repair disk. Will this work? How do I reinstall windows if it won't boot up? I seriously appreciate ALL answers. Im not very good with this sort of thing, sorry if I sound annoying.

You can download a legal copy with SP1 integrated from here: Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River.
Make sure you get the same version you have, Home Premium, Pro or Ultimate and 32 or 64 bit. Note that Basic or Starter is not available.

I recommend using ImgBurn at 4X speed (or the slowest available) to create the DVD from the downloaded .iso file.

You can do this on any computer capable of burning a DVD.

For techies or folks who work on computers: Create Windows 7 Universal ISO With All Editions Selection On Install with ei.cfg Removal Utility.
This will fit on a 6GB flash drive or can be burned to a DVD.
