Touchpad problem on R530

Hy there,
I have a real big problem with my laptop mouse ( Synaptics PS/2 Touchpad on a Samsung R530 , Windows 7) , it stoped working suddenly and i can't activate it , i'm using an external one now . i tried recovery and update software, but is still not working.
I tried to go in BIOS but i doesn't work aswell.
Does anyone knows what is to be done?
