Transfer of " C " drive

I currently use a HP dv7-1247 and have purchased a Acer 722 Netbook that has W7 Home Premium installed and 2GB memory with 250GB Hard Drive. The HP drive has 40GB on it.

Would it be possible to transfer my "C " drive data from the notebook to the netbook.
