Transferring mails from thunderbird to mails

i was using thunder bird and now i want to transfer back my mails to my official mail i just installed redirect add on thunder bird but i couldnt transfer back the mail to official id can some one list the steps/procedure to transfer mails from thunderbird back to source mail id!!!

If you installed that redirect add-on, you just need to right click and click redirect, enter your email in.

it works fine for me. I had to do it, because I forget to set a setting to keep mail on server.

redirecting 3500 emails was a pain in the butt!

also you will be limited to redirect a few email each day (20 emails or so)
