I have been trying for days to get rid of this trojan but I'm getting no where. It is so deep rooted that I can't even get windows to boot up. I have a Dell Inspirion 560 32 bit windows 7. I have tried every thing and can't get windows to load. I can't get the dvd/cd drive to work so that I can run Microsoft Security Essentials or Norton Internet Security 2012 or Norton bootable recovery tool or norton power erase or My Dell CD with all of the Drivers. The dell cd will preform all of the diagnostics but won't let me into the drivers. Everything is on that pc. Any one have a suggestion or should I take it to a repair person?

If you have a second user account and can boot into safe mode you should be able to performed a system restore to a point that was just before you noticed the Trojan. Hope it works.
