Turn back to windows XP

Hello,

My laptop seems to have a lot of CPU problems, always running a noisy sound, it's running really slower.

My friend has the same laptop with XP on it and it's pretty fast, It's like i am using dial UP and he's using DSL I need a lot of time to open a folder and view anything...

So how can i turn back to windows XP? I have the XP DVD.

Well if you want to keep your stuff then back it up if not then How to Downgrade Windows 7 to Windows XP

Thank you, How can i backup a folder? it has more than 20GB ? I don't want to buy DVDs for that.

well u can do a factory image or do a flash drive XD
