I cannot, that's been one of my core problem from the beginning, as i first discovered I couldn't run exes that require admin privileges, I tracked it back to my UAC

In safe mode now
Enabled Administrator Account
However, I've noticed that I suddenly have admin privileges again, however I can't change UAC settings still
Thanks, and sorry for me not realising to use safemode earlier
Some help with UAC will still be appreciated

I thought you got that power back.

Actually I found some new problems on my new install, but as that's a new topic, I'll start a new thread
