Unable to boot, error 0×c0000225

Hi..
I am using window 7 home premium 64bit...for last two days i am unable to boot it not even safe mood..when i am trying to repair window using cd it shows omb C drive capacity..i have no recovery disk . Advance/factory restore option is also not showing.
