Solved unable to delete MP4 file from desktop

Hi guys i am unable to delete file from the desktop when i am deleting the file it just show discovering items for deleting so please help

Did you try dragging to recycle bin?

yes but it did not worked

also tried from cmd yet it did not worked

try in safe mode
drag to new location and try from there
bring up task manger if any process is running from mp4 stop it and try.
