Unable to forward or send email

I have been unable to forward or send emails for several days. I can receive and that's it.

The only error message I receive is "A problem has occurred, please try again".
That's it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.:cry:

You need to tell us whether you are using webmail via your browser or an email program, like Windows Live Mail. Also, who provides your email service? Did you check their website to find their email settings for the email program you are using? (Especially their mail sending server settings.)
