Hello!

So you ran the first tool in Safe Mode. You then tried to install Office in Safe Mode. Same result.

You then rebooted into Normal Mode, and completely removed everything to do with Office using the second tool. At this point, you tried to re-install Office again, after a restart ideally, and you still got the same error?

What makes you think theres a registry permissions problem? can you tell us which line in the log files you attached indicate that is the problem?

Also, is this a pre-manufactured, hologrammed cd?

see i removed office in normal mode, tried to install it in both normal andd safe mode but none worked and gave the same error

What makes you think theres a registry permissions problem? can you tell us which line in the log files you attached indicate that is the problem?

If I understand your question correctly you can do a repair install.
You will not loose any of your info, pictures or files.

You WILL need an original Windows 7 installation disk to do this.

No, I dont think a reinstallation that would work. How about uninstalling the old version beforehand. If that does not work which it may then I would download the installer again. If not then is your account administrator if not then try with an administrator account. And finally if none of the above work then an email to the lovely :sarc: people at Microsoft will suffice.

This may sound like a stupid question but do you have enough hard drive space to install Office 2010 Plus. I have found that it needs about 4gig to do the install (temp files and extras etc) (it will not be that big after the install) plus you need to have plenty of space for the “restore point” it wants to make. -WS

What is your F: drive?

See i have already downloaded it twice and also by my acc and the built in admin acc. BUt none worked. Customer care does not give support to trial versions. SO i am plannin to repair it

This is coz i tried to install it in f drive coz i thought that there might be some issue wid c drive. My win is installed in c drive

Hurray i jus repaired my windows and then i tried to install it and u know it is now working perfectly well.....
