Hi Guys,

For some unknown reason, I am now unable to sign into ebay.com.au, yet I can sign into ebay.com!!!!

I have tried, on both Internet Explorer 8 & 9 and both show the same error screen, I have attached an example.

I have emptied caches, temp files and enable all cookies, but I still can't sign into ebay.com.au...............any suggestions, would be appreciated.

Thank You.

I would try deleting the cookie for ebay.com.au.

Open IE> Tools (Gear icon upper right in IE9)> Internet Options> General tab> Browsing History> Settings

Look for something like cookie: (Username)@ebay.com.au and delete it. You will be asked to sign in again when you visit ebay.com.au again. A Guy

Thank you for your reply, but I managed to fix it quite easily.

Internet Explorer-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced- Reset.............this took everything back to the default settings and now it works.:D
