While attempting to install Avira AntiVirus, it informed me that Windows Defender was running and that I should turn it off. I open Defender and attempt to click on Tools but there is no response and the Tools icon is grayed out. Googled and came up with no remedy to this problem so here I am.
Anyone have a suggestion how I can turn off this program and/or get the Tools icon to be active?
