Unknown update keeps popping up.

An unknown update keeps popping up. It says "Update loaded." Then it gives me the options of installing it now or later. It does not tell me what program it is updating. My gut tells me "DO NOT UPLOAD THIS UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

What I want to know: 1) how to find out what program it is from. 2) If this is not possible, how do I get rid of the update. Do I have to do a complete re-installation of Windows 7, or is there another way to solve the problem?
