Unknown user account re-installs itself...

I have the attached user Standard user account that keeps reinstalling itself. I have run scans and Hijack This etc., does anyone have any ideas?

I found the Standard User account information in the registry. I am afraid to remove anything from the registry. Help...

Are you by chance using a Nvidia video card and using their drivers? The driver updater used to make a user account for updating if I recall. Not sure it does anymore, I use and ATI card now.

What scans have you run ? What are the programs you use to do the scans ?
