Unsecapp.exe problems

I haven't had this problem for a long time but after the recent string of windows 7 updates over the last few months its back. For no reason when I have any browser open. I can no longer type in the web url, in message box's or anything. Its like my keyboard isn't responding to my key press!

I have to go into task manager & end unsecapp.exe - Sink to receive asynchronous callbacks for WMI client application. Every time that's running I can't type in web browsers!

Do I need it & if not how do I remove it!

Use Clean boot,

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,
