Unusable laptop

Ok so for the last couple of days my laptop has been terrible,
Programs constantly not responding, freezing, laptop switching off and then coming up with a blue screen with white writing. wheb i log in sometimes the desktop wont load, every now and then it will work fine but then stop responding again.

Ive done antivirus scans and that, all seems fine that.

Anyone know ehat the problem could be?
