Unusual activity on Desktop Windows 7

Hi
I have googled and googled but I can't find anyone else that has experienced this.
Randomly an icon on my desktop wiggles.
its really weird. I filmed it and put it on youtube.
Here is the video of it. It happens right at the end.
Anyone know anything about this?

In any event.
Go to search
type device manger
make sure that your graphics card is up to date
make sure there are no yellow warning markers in device manger

Yes they are up to date.
However I fail to see how graphics drivers not up to date would cause one icon to wiggle randomly...especially since it is the same icon even when i move it to a new location on the desktop..
It just seems kind of weird

I'll also add that I have scanned for viruses with Viper, malwarebytes, spybot S&D, and bit Defender online scanner. LMAO

I notice that its a short cut.
How about deleting it and then make a new one?

Hmm, that's not as bad as having icons disappear, like I had on my first computer, Which I returned to the store shortly afterward.

EDIT: Have you considered removing all of them and use something like ObjectDock instead? I really dislike a cluttered desktop.

its not really a problem i just think its some sort of anomaly...
I'd rather not delete it until I figure it out.

any other effects associated with this dance? high cpu usage or anything like that?

what happens if you copy this icon?

(unrelated - the only jumping icons i've experienced are the windows games (minesweeper etc) icons on taskbar - i notice they slide to the right from time to time)

Nothing seems to be out of the ordinary, Im beggining to wonder if it is becasue of an undetectable virus of some sort, which I doubt, or maybe the company that makes Zul*u D*J Software somehow did it.
Also If I copy it the copy does not do it...Interesting...
It reminds me of an egg that is about to hatch in pokemon lol...

Since the time that I posted this...The program shortcut that was doing the wiggling has turned to a default file icon. When I go to the folder of the software the icon for the program exe file has also done this. Strange behavior. Still don't understand why it dis this I guess we never will either. I have also searched all logs of programs used to scan the computer and none of the logs indicate anything was done to the file.
