unusual folders and files in USER folder

Hello-

noticed something I never saw before. In my USER folder, besides the USERS I created are two unknown hidden folders

Akvckng and VoI85C

each has 10 files. Each has a different extension , such as txt. doc, rtf, jpeg

example:
dollars_desire_asked_ourselves.pem

none will open.

I have scanned them with BitDefender and Spybot, no issues found

I have not deleted them , but they seem to be created at each boot up.

So what are they? anything to worry about?

update-

I noticed upon reboot, file folder and file names within change, but still 10 files

Try scanning the entire drive with MalwareBytes and see if it turns up anything.
