Solved Update error 800b0100

Hi all i cannot fix this error first post loong time lurker. I have run all utilitys available to no avail.
I have se3arched the forum but nothing applies directly. Please help this is driving me nuts.

I've uploaded a file - sh7aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder sh7aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Great! -CheckSUR is happy now -
Go to Windows Update and do a new Check for Updates.
Attempt to install ONLY the oldest one found - what happens?

If it installs OK, reboot and go for the rest.
If it fails, post back with the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.
