Update (KB2952664) repeatedly installs.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate with Service Pack 1 & have reserved Windows 10. Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2952664) repeatedly shows up as a new, ready to install update. I tried it 3 times & when I check the update history it shows as being installed 3 times. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

If you like, you could hide the update to no longer have it available in Windows Update.

I did that & it isn't showing up now. I am just concerned because from all the talk of not being allowed to reject an update in Win 10. I don't want to run into problems when I get ready to install 10.

Officially from Microsoft, the Windows 10 Home edition will not have built-in settings to do this, but the tutorials I posted above is a workaround to be able to.
