Update to Internet Explorer 11 Fails, Error 9C47

OMG!! That one never even occurred to me!
Thanks for the (obvious, in hindsight) solution, Tom.
I'll post the usual fix, then and cross fingers
(back in an hour or so)

I've uploaded a file - mh1aa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder mh1aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages


Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

This sounds stupid I know, but I was getting Update to Internet Explorer 11 Fails, Error 9C47 it seemed daily. I looked here then at My IE. It was IE10, set to auto-upgrade, but I almost never use IE so it was still IE10 and Windows Update was repeatedly trying to apply an IE11 patch to an IE10 program.

I installed IE11 and all pending updates and have no further problems with 9C47.
