Upgrading to Windows 7 but...

I have a new laptop, 1/2 years old and i decided in september to upgrade the software with the upgrade plan... time went by and now that windows 7 is released i haven't heard a peep as they promised me... and i have even checked my order status, and it says that its pending. :\ ... i wrote them a mail and said that if there was any problems i would really like to know about it... but now even after 1 1/2 week i STILL havent heard anything. what gives? i only got a automated mailback that said that they would prosess the mail in 2-3 work days... i guess that that marker has passed.

* is there others that suffer from the same problem?
* what should i do?

did you try going to the store you baught it from

try asking the place thats what i gotta do for my 6 months free secuirity/internet its on my agenda

It's a Acer Aspire, and i bought it from a online retailer.
Since the firm advertise that it is a upgrade plan for the machine
they are partly responsible for letting the customer get what they pay
for in my eyes. Though... it should not be this difficult. and im a bit
put of by the whole ordeal.
