I have attempted to upgrade to win 10 multiple times now since the last week in July. I continually get an error 80070005.

Here is my windows update log. I see that this error is quite common. I have called twice and gotten two completely different responses, neither, obviously has worked. One person even told me that I had to contact HP because my OEM has my computer locked?? Could someone who actually knows how to resolve this please contact me.

Thanks
Stephen Simmons
